How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with additional padding to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened media?
We accept returns within 30 days for items in their original condition. Opened records or CDs can only be returned if they are found to be defective or have significant manufacturing flaws.
When will my pre-order item ship?
Pre-order items are scheduled to ship on the official release date listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Concord Records ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
How can I track my order?
